Since 2009, Switzer Performance has grown significantly- going from a two-lift garage to a 100,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility just outside of downtown Oberlin, Ohio. That incredible 5-year growth, however, wasn’t driven by a big marketing campaign or centerfold-style ads in magazines. It was driven by our customers.
“Almost all of our customers were referred by other customers,” explains Tym Switzer, head of Switzer Performance. “That’s a testament to our sales staff, who take extra steps to educate our customers and set their expectations, and for our shop guys, too, because they’re the ones that deliver on those promises and really make the experience what it is for our clients.”
